Our specialty is antique clocks as well as original and newly made clock parts.  We also sell Militaria, including U,S. Military firearms.  We will also sell other collectibles as we receive them.

Clocks:  We sell antique clocks in the same condition as they are when we receive them.  They can range anywhere from near mint condition all the way to parts clocks.  Mostly the clocks we get run and function normally.  Most have not had regular maintenance and could use a good cleaning and servicing by a competent clockmaker.  We don't offer that service, because we just don't have the time.  We do our best to photograph the clocks so the customer can get a good idea of what they are buying.  We try hard to list any defects we see, but the clock may have other minor defects.  We know originality is very important, and we try to do our best to point out anything that's not original.  Realize that some minor parts may have been replaced such as pins, screws, hands, etc.  It is important to note that clocks which run here in our workshop may not run after they are shiied.  Shipping is difficult on clocks, and the clock may need an adjustment for it to run.  Almost everything we sell has a 100% money back guarantee.  The only exception is if we sell something for parts, or something described as broken, obviously, there is little to guarantee, so these items are sold as-is.

Clock Parts:  We sell many hard-to-find clock parts, many of which are made for us.  We do not make any of the parts we sell.  Parts are as pictured and as described, but sometimes there are variations.  For example:  The weights we sell are individually hand-cast, and may vary in actual weight and dimensionally, as well.  It's a good time to note that if you order a weight, please make sure the clock's weight channel can accommodate the weight.  A 2 1/2" wide weight will not fit a 2 1/2" wide weight channel, for example.  We are often asked if a certain part "will fit my Seth Thomas Somethingorother model clock?"  We will be happy to give you our opinion, or admit we don't know, but we can't ever assert 100% that any part will fit any particular clock.  All parts have a 100% money back guarantee, so if a part doesn't work for you, you can always return it.

Firearms:  Most of the firearms we sell are WWI or later military rifles, and occasionally a pistol or a civilian model.  These guns mostly have seen some use, and will shoot and function normally.  However, we recommend having them looked at by a competent gunsmith before taking them out to the range or the field.  We can sell to South Carolina residents from our place of business in Winnsboro, South Carolina.  A background check is mandatory unless the customer has a concealed carry permit.  For out of state sales, we must send the gun to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL holder.)

Warranty:  Everything we sell, with very few exceptions, is guaranteed to please.  Some items which are sold for parts, restoration or with known defects will be sold as-is, and it will be stated in the description.  Otherwise, if you notify me within 3-days of receipt that you intend to return an item, I will refund the full purchase price as long as I receive the returned item in the same condition as it was sent.  Buyer pays postage both ways.  With new clock movements, the warranty notification period is 14 days, since you will want to test the movement.
